For a high protein veg diet, one should do a proper weight training and have to include supplements like Whey Protein, BCAA, Glutamine along with flaxseed oil capsule and multivitamin.
If you do evening workout, then after waking the first thing you should consume is your 1 scoop protein in water as your Early Morning.
Then in Breakfast , you can include oats-cottage cheese pancakes with whole pulses spread (homemade) OR
Oats porridge (45gm oats in 200ml low fat milk, add chopped fruit, few nuts, chia seeds, cinnamon powder) OR
2 low-fat cottage cheese multigrain bread sandwiches ( use peanut butter/hummus as spread)
Mid-morning: 1 cup Green Tea with Fruit
Lunch: 1 bowl low fat cottage cheese salad with 1.5 cup of brown rice pulav ( add broccoli, carrots, beans, peas, cauliflower into it) along with curd
Mid-afternoon: few trail mix nuts
Evening/pre workout: 2 multigrain bread with peanut butter/ black coffee with fruit/nuts
Post workout: 1 scoop protein
Dinner:1 bowl veggie soup along with 1/2 cup steamed chickpea/rajma salad with 2 multigrain toast and 1 bowl sautee veggies ( cottage cheese, broccoli, beans, carrots)
Bed time: 5 GM glutamine in water.
Drink atleast 4–5 L of water.
