Eggs are a good source of protein along with vitamins and minerals. But the intake of eggs depends on the body’s requirement and the goal a person needs in his/her healthy life. If your goal is in muscle building, then I would suggest you to go for 5–10 boiled egg whites, for weight loss one can consume 4–5 boiled egg white but when it comes to weight gain one can consume whole boiled egg considering the medical condition and other parameters.
