Residing in a hostel doesn’t mean that you will lack from having a well balanced diet in which you can include
Early Morning: Lemon-honey water/Wheatgrass Juice/ Apple Cider Vinegar/Cumin Water with 5–6 soaked almonds.
Breakfast: Oats/Muesli/Quinoa Porridge OR Egg White/Low-fat paneer /tofu sandwiches (use multigrain/brown bread) OR Streamed sprouts
Mid-morning: Green Tea with Fruit/trail mix nuts
Lunch: Salad, 2 multigrain roti/1 cup brown rice, 1 cup seasonal veg, 1 cup whole dal/1 Cup raitha
Mid-afternoon: Tender Coconut Water/Plain lemon water/Buttermilk/Tonned Milk
Evening: 1 cup diet bhel/steamed sprouts/veg sandwich
Dinner: 1 bowl home-made soup along with some sautee veggies with 2 multigrain bread OR 1 bowl dalia OR 1 bowl Salad, 1 multigrain roti, 1 cup seasonal veg
Bed Time: 1 cup Green Tea
Along with the diet you should do some free-hand functional training.
